Der Verkauf erfolgt ausschließlich an Verbraucher im Sinne des § 13 BGB.
2. Vertragsschluss
Die Darstellung der Produkte im Online-Shop stellt kein rechtlich bindendes Angebot dar, sondern eine unverbindliche Aufforderung zur Abgabe einer Bestellung.
Mit dem Absenden der Bestellung gibst du ein verbindliches Angebot zum Kauf der im Warenkorb enthaltenen Produkte ab. Die Bestätigung des Eingangs der Bestellung erfolgt automatisch per E-Mail und stellt noch keine Annahme dar.
Der Vertrag kommt erst durch eine ausdrückliche Annahmeerklärung per E-Mail oder durch den Versand der Ware zustande.
3. Preise und Versandkosten
Alle Preise sind Endpreise.
Gemäß § 19 UstG wird keine Umsatzsteuer berechnet und ausgewiesen.
Zusätzlich anfallende Versandkosten werden im Bestellprozess deutlich angezeigt.
4. Zahlung
Folgende Zahlungsmethoden stehen zur Verfügung:

• Kreditkarte
Die Zahlung ist unmittelbar mit Vertragsschluss fällig.
5. Lieferung
Die Lieferung erfolgt innerhalb der Europäischen Union.
Die Lieferzeit beträgt in der Regel 3–7 Werktage nach Zahlungseingang.
Sollte ein Produkt nicht verfügbar sein, wirst du umgehend per E-Mail informiert.
6. Widerrufsrecht
Verbraucher haben ein 30-tägiges Widerrufsrecht.

7. Gewährleistung
Es gelten die gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsrechte.
8. Eigentumsvorbehalt
Die Ware bleibt bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung unser Eigentum.

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.
By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the products contained in the shopping cart. The confirmation of receipt of the order is sent automatically by email and does not constitute acceptance of the offer.
The contract is only concluded upon an express declaration of acceptance by email or by dispatch of the goods.
3. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are final prices. In accordance with Section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), no value-added tax (VAT) is charged or shown.
Any additional shipping costs will be clearly indicated during the ordering process.
